一年前，一场意外事故让56岁的张女士（化名）右膝多发韧带损伤。在当地完成手术后因延误康复，造成右膝僵硬、活动受限，严重影响生活 ...

副主任医师龚华惠接诊后细致查体，结合膝关节X线与MRI片，诊断患者为膝关节术后关节僵硬，建议关节镜下微创松解治疗。术前，王胜勇医师再次查体，发现其右侧膝关节伸直仅约5°，屈曲约40°，僵硬程度较为严重。科主任戴瑜迅速组织科内微创治疗小组展开病例讨论，同时邀请康复科会诊，制定精准的手术及术后康复方案。

术后第一天，康复科团队便来到床边为张女士开展康复锻炼。术后一周，张女士转入康复科，在副主任技师张秀峰的指导下接受髌骨松动、关节松动、股四头肌肌力训练，以及步态训练、功率自行车等康复训练。
